Last weekend was a true super weekend in Tornio-Haparanda! 🚗⛳️

At Kukkolankoski, centuries-old dip net fishing is still a living tradition, passed down from generation to generation.

A historic moment is getting closer.
For the first time in decades, passenger train travel between Finland and Sweden is returning.
From 10 August, you’ll be able to travel across the border by train between Tornio and Haparanda, making it easier than ever to explore the North.
🎟️ Tickets go on sale on 30 June and passenger train services between Oulu, Tornio and Haparanda begin on 10 August.
